Unlike other testing centers, we are endurance sports tech and athlete focused - taking your current fitness, training goals, technology (smart watches and apps), and events into consideration - delivering a full training consultation with a certified endurance sports coach who will show you how to use the data in practical and functional ways!

We are easy to reach - just a call, email, or text away!  We even offer full virtual training consultations on platforms like Zoom to help show you how to use your metabolic test results with your current sports technology devices including smart watches and platforms like Garmin, TrainingPeaks, Strava, Peloton, and more!  

Our athletes have been using metabolic testing as a great way to start training more effectively, whether you're a first timer completing your first marathon or triathlon, or a competitive athlete looking to qualify for Kona, Boston, USA Triathlon (USAT) Nationals, or a World Championship.  

We can't guarantee you'll be Chicago's next top professional athlete, but local athletes who have tested with us have gone on to win the USAT CLUB NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP, IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3 TRICLUB competitions, and even the ITU WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP so we have a nice track record!  ;-)
